The Work Rights Centre is seeking an Interim CEO to guide our small but ambitious team in fulfilling the charity mission while our permanent CEO is on maternity leave. We’re looking for an experienced leader who can ensure that our charity remains on track with fulfilling our charitable objectives and goals set out for 2023. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience of managing a team, budgets, and projects, and who has a passion for supporting vulnerable migrants.
The Role
As our Interim CEO you’ll have the opportunity to achieve real impact, both by overseeing our frontline work, and by working with our communication and policy team to drive systemic change. You will lead our team to deliver our 2023 Business Plan, and ensure that the charity retains the resources, the reputation, and the vision it needs. Working closely with the Chair of Trustees and COO you will oversee the smooth running of the entire organisation, from service provision to communications, fundraising and research.
