We do not have capacity to take on any new matters (immigration, employment, or employability) until February 2026. If you contact us, we will signpost you to another service.

Please note: Our teams can only work with clients living in England and Wales and are within our service remit. We focus on providing support to people experiencing (or at risk of) poverty, and who are not actively represented by a trade union or legal advisor. Clients must provide their own interpreter if they do not speak a language offered by our advisors.l

This referral does not guarantee the client an advice consultation. Our employment, immigration and employability teams work separately and we may be able to advise the client in one area but need to signpost them in the other. 

Most of our consultations are a one-off, and are not a promise of representation or ongoing advice. If we cannot offer a consultation or representation, we will signpost accordingly.
