Michaela Chen

Michaela is a Canadian human rights lawyer managing the policy work at the Work Rights Centre. 

Before joining the team, Michaela was a researcher and advocate at Foxglove, bringing historic challenges by migrant workers against Big Tech corporations alongside public law challenges against the UK government. Her background is in legal advocacy, reaearch, and crisis counselling to support survivors of complex trauma.
