Lora Noncheva-Tabakova

Lora, one of our longest-standing team members, first joined the charity as a volunteer in 2017. As a Senior Legal Adviser she provides expert employment legal advice to clients, with a particular interest in discrimination law, advocating for fair treatment and equal opportunities while addressing systemic issues that impact marginalised groups.

With a strong focus on legal work, Lora is deeply committed to community engagement and promoting fairness, equality, and diversity in the workplace. She is a graduate of Birkbeck, University of London, with an LLM (Master of Laws), and holds a BA in International Business Management from the University of West London.
