Laura Saracin

Laura works under the supervision of our immigration solicitor to support clients in securing their immigration status. She holds an LLB in Law and Criminology and an MRes in Social Research and Law, and is currently further enhancing her legal expertise by studying for her SQE exams.

Laura manages a diverse portfolio of complex cases, including continuous-residence applications (clients that have lived in UK for 20 years) under Appendix Private Life, Appendix FM family visas, and Human Rights claims. Her work frequently involves supporting victims of exploitation navigating the Skilled Worker route, and handling intricate EUSS applications and appeals.

A fluent Romanian speaker, Laura previously assisted vulnerable migrants at The Renewal Programme in Newham and provided emergency aid to asylum seekers with Care4Calais. She is dedicated to providing clear, empathetic support to those navigating the UK’s most challenging immigration pathways.
